To familiarize fellow law enforcement professionals with the techniques and responsibilities involved in the function of a property room environment. Encourage one another to exchange ideas to improve the understanding and functionality of the property management system within their own agency.

Investigating Basic Sex Crimes - Section 1 & 2

This 2-part class is directed towards prosecutors, rape crisis and social workers, mental health counselors, and specifically the law enforcement officer. The attendee will gain insight into sexual behaviors through the examination of, (but not limited to): victim/witness interviews (child & adult), motivations, survey studies, statistical data and suspect analysis. Theories and trend projections will also be explored.
This course of study is a comprehensive overview for the participant for the entry into the investigative field of deviant sexual behavior. Furthermore, this will prepare the student to give basic public presentations and discussions on the topic.
4 Hour Training

4 Hour Training
School Resource Officer Certification
Instructor: Tim Randall
This course is composed to assist the School Resource Officer in becoming familiar with the day-to-day operations of a school.
Attendees will become familiar with the four-part role of an SRO, including law enforcement, informal counselor, educator, and emergency manager. This course covers topics to include communications, what is getting SRO’s in trouble, interviewing juveniles, pipeline to prison theory, memorandum of understanding, crime prevention through environmental design, and de-escalation skill.
Participants will understand legal and liability issues in schools, including search & seizure, arrests of juveniles, use of force, freedom of speech, and Miranda.
This course will cover the day to day operations of a school resource officer to include: School threats, bomb threats, active shooter, lockdown drills, traffic safety, special events, social media, training, a tour of duty, bullying, child custody, truancy, restorative justice, alternative sentencing, and drugs & alcohol.

Recruiting, Hiring and Background Investigations for Law Enforcement

The process of recruiting, hiring and conducting background investigations represent what is arguably today’s greatest challenge confronting law enforcement agencies throughout the country. Investigative Statement Analysis

This course is highly recommended for law enforcement professionals, prosecuting attorneys, arson investigators, private investigators, human resource specialists and social workers.
The Linguistic Statement Analysis Technique (LSAT) is a discipline that is highly effective in the detection of deception, truthfulness and identification of hidden information in a subject’s written or spoken statements. LSAT involves scientifically examining the word choice, structure and content of a subject’s statement to determine whether it is truthful or deceptive as opposed to the traditional emotional method of rationalizing the events in the subject’s story.
