WEBINAR TRAINING

LAW ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATORS AND SUPERVISORS ROUNDTABLE
WHY GOOD COPS TURN BAD!

“Do We Hire Them or Do You Make Them?”

PRESENTERS:

Lou Reiter (Deputy Chief of Police, Los Angeles Police Department, Ret.),
Steve Rothlein (Deputy Director, Miami-Dade Police Department, Ret.)
Harry Dolan (Chief of Police, Raleigh Police Department, Ret.)

During this two hour presentation, the presenters will take your questions concerning one of the most fundamental challenges facing leaders in law enforcement: Why Do Good Cops Turn Bad?  Why do some highly motivated and ethical officers eventually fall into patterns of misconduct, illegality and inactivity?

The Chiefs will utilize their decades of police leadership experience to benefit attendees in addressing why these problems emerge, how to identify the warning signs, and how to prevent them from happening. P.A.T.C. Attorney Matt Dolan will act as moderator, relaying questions to the Chiefs in this first-of-its-kind, interactive roundtable webinar.
