Sergeant Michial Dunlap retired from the Amarillo, Texas Police Department after 32 years and 10 months, and is presently the Sr. Staff Instructor for the Weapon Systems Training Council. He was the Range Master and Senior Firearms Instructor for the department for the past 20 years. Michial is a member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors. He was a committee member that set up the Firearms Instructors Program for the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Education and Standards . On three occasions, Michial has served as a presenter for the Brazilian Government's Federal and Local Law Enforcement Board and a principal presenter at the FBI Wound Ballistics Classes.
