Kedrick Wills currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Idaho State Police (ISP), a statewide, full service law enforcement agency. In this capacity, Lt. Colonel Wills is responsible for the operations of all functions of the agency. He was appointed to this position in April, 2013. Prior to his current position, Lt. Colonel Wills worked his way through the ranks in ISP and has served in every rank, from Trooper to his current assignment as Lt. Colonel. Some of his past assignments have included working in Patrol, Investigations, Forensics, and Executive Protection. Prior to coming to work for ISP, Lt. Colonel Wills worked for the Nampa Police Department as a Spanish bilingual police officer. Lt. Colonel Wills holds an Associate of Arts Degree from the College of Southern Idaho, a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Training and Development Degree, both from Idaho State University. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Session #232 as well as the Naval Post Graduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security Executive Leaders Program. Lt. Colonel Wills also is an adjunct instructor for Idaho State University in the areas of leadership and organizational culture.
