Officer John LaRoche is a current state law enforcement supervisor. In 1999 John was selected as a Computer Crime Investigator/Computer Forensic Examiner for his state law enforcement agency and has since investigated crimes across the United States and foreign countries ranging from Child Pornography to Criminal Homicide to the war on terror. John has also conducted forensic examinations for city, state, federal and foreign Law Enforcement agencies including the FBI, US Postal Inspectors, Secret Service, Canadian Mounted Police and the Federal Criminal Police Office of Germany.
Due to his training and experience, John has been a court accepted expert witness in the areas of Computer Forensics. Additionally, he has been a speaker for numerous organizations, to include the Institure for Law Enforcement Education, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, his State's Law Enforcement Agency, District Attorney's, and several Colleges among other venues. John is the Chief Examiner for PATCtech.
