Did You Know?

"Doc" Holliday started as Dr. John Henry, a dentist in Georgia who only moved west to fight his Tuberculosis. His gambling and gun-slinging lifestyle was the result of the tuberculosis, as he turned to gambling when the disease prohibited him from practicing dentistry, and the gun-slinging to protect himself when gambling! Legal Questions Answered

On two occasions recently patrol officers encountered people that had no ID. When the officers ran the information given by the subject, they got no record. In both cases the officers transported the person to LIVESCAN for ID only. Are these investigations consistent with Constitutional Standards?
