Shipping(Domestic)

We offer UPS and USPS as our primary carriers. Add 72hrs for processing on purchases made online. PATC will not be liable for any late packages due to quality control inspections etc. Orders made after 3:00 pm est. may be processed the following day.

Shipping (International)

We offer a flat rate for shipping( shipping time for this rate range from 7-14 business days). PATC cannot guarantee time of arrival due to quality control inspections/customs etc.

Exchange/Return Policy 

We offer an exchange only policy under unusual circumstances (within 72 hrs). PATC does not accept exchange or refunds for any digital media purchased, or any item under the category of "Quick Reference".

Checks and Money Orders

Once payment has been received and cleared, the order will be shipped the following business day. All Checks/Money orders for purchases made online or to PATC directly over the phone or in person must be made payable to: Public Agency Training Council
